A custom illustrated, high-resolution digital portrait based on your photos and selected style. The final digital file is delivered by email after approval. Prints and gifts are purchased separately and can be ordered while your artwork is still in progress. Printing begins after you approve the final artwork.

Choose your portrait style, select eye and hair colors, add notes for your artist, and upload clear reference photos. Select VIP rush if you want it, review the displayed price, and add your portrait to the cart.

The initial proof typically takes 3–8 business days. Peak seasons can take longer. Your final high-resolution file is sent after approval. A revision may take an additional 3–5 business days. Physical production and shipping take additional time.

We email a personal review link. Check the likeness and details, then approve the artwork or request a revision. Please respond within 2 business days; if there is no response, the proof is treated as approved and the final file is sent automatically.

One revision round is included at the proof stage for likeness corrections and errors. New requests beyond the original order, such as a different style, background, or additional elements, may cost extra. We will explain any fee before proceeding.

Upload clear, well-lit photos with facial features in focus. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses covering the eyes, and very small screenshots. More than one reference photo is welcome. Use the notes field to identify the main reference and any details your artist should follow.

Yes. Choose a couples portrait style and upload clear photos of both people. Identify who is who in your artist notes. Contact us first for larger groups or changes beyond the selected composition.

The price depends on the style and options you select. The portrait ordering page shows the current price in USD. Prints are sold separately, and additional custom work is quoted separately.

VIP rush gives your order priority in the artwork process. The extra charge is shown for your selected style before you add it to the cart. It does not include faster physical shipping. Contact us before ordering for a fixed deadline.

Yes. Once you have placed your portrait order, visit prints and gifts. You can purchase before your portrait is approved or finalized. Choose your product, size and color, then provide the original portrait order number. Printing begins after you approve the final artwork. Product photos are examples; your own portrait goes on the item.

Yes. You can use your high-resolution file for personal prints at home or with a print provider of your choice.

Please contact us with your idea before ordering if it changes the selected template. Additional illustration work may require a separate quote.
