Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we're very busy. We aim to get your hand-drawn portrait out to you in 3-8 business days. Be sure to order in advance for peak seasons. 

*Please be aware that the demand for portrait creations during peak holiday seasons (ie. Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.) is extremely high. Please allow some additional time for processing. We are working as fast as possible to get you the artwork that you deserve without compromising quality.

Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing job. However, sometimes working from a photo we miss the essence of the person and are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait.

The more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us 

The better quality the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you. But do not worry, we will let you know if we are having any issues.

All digital portrait orders sales are final. Due to the customization, once a customized character portrait  order is placed, returns cannot be granted.

Not at all! Go ahead and send us individual pictures of the people/pets that you would like included in the portrait and we will do the rest.

A custom pin-up portrait is a hand-drawn artwork created from your personal photos in a vintage pin-up style. At Imagine My Likeness, each portrait is digitally illustrated by our artists, giving you a one-of-a-kind piece that combines your likeness with classic pin-up themes.

Our digital pin-up portraits start at $79.99 for designs based on our existing templates, and $299 for fully custom designs created from scratch. Optional add-ons, such as including your personal vehicle or creating rush proofs, are available for an additional fee.

We deliver your initial proof within 3–8 business days under normal conditions. During peak seasons, it may take a little longer. You’ll receive a proof for approval, and your final high-resolution digital file will be sent shortly after approval.

All portraits are provided as high-resolution digital files, perfect for printing at home or sharing online. Physical prints can be ordered separately from our Prints collection after you approve your final digital artwork.

Yes. We include one free revision at the proof stage to make adjustments to details such as colors or small elements. Additional revisions can be requested for a small fee.
